Responsibilities
- Process high-volume financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive problem-solving and personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services while maintaining compliance standards
- Maintain precise cash drawer reconciliation and transaction records daily
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while adhering to strict security protocols
- Collaborate with branch management to optimize customer flow and service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
