Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships through personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Maintain strict cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining the highest service standards
- Actively promote digital banking solutions and cross-sell bank products
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
