Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Open new checking and savings accounts, and assist with closing existing accounts.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales targets.
- Monitor security cameras and alert management of any suspicious activity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Finance or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
