Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers using bank-provided equipment
- Operate cash drawers, scanners, and digital banking terminals with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services using provided sales tools
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions daily using bank systems
- Assist with vault operations and ATM maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking equipment and digital transaction systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic math skills and familiarity with financial regulations
