Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate customers on digital banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Assist with ATM maintenance and cash replenishment procedures
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention efforts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with basic financial software and digital platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Ohio banking license or willingness to obtain upon hire
