Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations to meet customer needs
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance a plus
- Proficient in basic mathematics and financial software systems
