Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while meeting audit standards
- Actively promote bank services and refer customers to relationship managers
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and lobby management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
