- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and educating clients on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Actively cross-sell bank products tailored to customer financial goals
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers daily
- Collaborate with branch leadership to optimize service workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proven ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual fluency a plus
