Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations tailored to client needs
- Uphold stringent security protocols to safeguard customer assets and sensitive information
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to branch growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers daily

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance or business preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
