Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies immediately
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial information
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night deposits
- Participate in branch marketing campaigns and community outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
