Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs
- Operate provided banking equipment including cash recyclers and check scanners
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in operating provided banking technology and software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
