Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and recommending appropriate banking products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits and compliance procedures
- Build trust through professional conduct and knowledge of banking regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales targets and service goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Successful completion of background check and credit review
