Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial solutions to members through product referrals
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and compliance regulations
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with new account openings and member onboarding
- Resolve member inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Excellent verbal communication skills
