- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and account updates

- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Florida Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
