Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Actively promote bank products and services tailored to client needs
- Balance cash drawers and perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch management to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
