Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate banking products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Assist with ATM operations and night drop services
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Participate in branch cross-training initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office software and banking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
- Fraud detection training or coursework a plus
