Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account discrepancies and investigate transaction issues using investigative tools
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet client financial needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile branch transactions
- Provide personalized financial guidance to clients regarding accounts and digital banking tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
