Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and cross-selling banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to prevent discrepancies
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve team sales and service goals
- Assist with new account openings and document processing
- Participate in branch initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office suite
