Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products/services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for checking accounts, credit cards, and investment products
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Operate branch technology including ATMs, scanners, and banking software
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office technology and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
