Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving inquiries and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions
- Safeguard customer assets while adhering to security protocols and compliance regulations
- Support new account openings and assist with digital banking platform navigation
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve cross-selling targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background and credit checks
- Nevada Notary Public certification a plus
