Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues with professionalism.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment in compliance with all banking regulations.
- Assist in opening new accounts and guiding customers through the digital banking onboarding process.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or prior banking experience is a plus.
- Previous cash handling experience and strong knowledge of basic math and financial calculations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are essential.
