Responsibilities
- Execute daily banking transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with 100% accuracy.
- Greet and assist customers with a professional demeanor, answering questions regarding accounts, products, and services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts and CDs, to meet branch goals.
- Handle sensitive customer information with strict adherence to compliance and privacy regulations.
- Assist in branch maintenance, including ATM replenishment and lobby organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior cash handling or banking experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle large sums of money accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank software systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
