Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Identify and cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, accounts) to meet customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch managers
- Assist with ATM operations and night vault services
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal banking regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office suite
- Familiarity with FINRA regulations and anti-fraud protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
