Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate daily financial records
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell banking products
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and service upgrades
- Participate in branch team meetings and training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of banking software and financial regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

- Must pass background check and credit verification
