Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and banking products
- Cross-sell bank services including credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations (BSA, AML, ECOA)
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Support branch operations including vault management and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license (if required for branch visits)
- Successful background check and credit review
- College degree or equivalent banking certification preferred
