Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial product recommendations
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards
- Support branch operations by assisting with ATM maintenance and lobby management
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals for checking accounts, credit cards, and other services
- Utilize banking software to document transactions and maintain customer records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and financial systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
