Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Operate bank equipment including ATMs and digital platforms
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with banking regulations preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check
