- Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations to customers
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and banking services
- Uphold strict security protocols to protect customer assets and information
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
