- Process transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build strong member relationships through personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
- Resolve member inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fraud prevention and security awareness certification preferred
