Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) using bank-provided equipment
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily balancing
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training on banking procedures and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with digital tools and banking software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
