Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving account issues, and referring customers to appropriate departments.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet individual client financial goals.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily end-of-day reports to ensure security and compliance.
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing account closures according to banking regulations.
- Utilize banking software (e.g., Pro100, FIS) to update customer information and process digital transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior banking experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in cash handling and financial transactions is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict compliance and security protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
