Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Provide personalized financial guidance to clients
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve service issues
- Actively promote bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
