What You'll Do:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Cash checks and manage cash drawers while maintaining strict audit standards.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, opening new accounts, and explaining products.
- Cross-sell our suite of financial services to meet branch goals.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Execute financial transactions accurately, including check cashing, loan payments, and cash deposits.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers and proof-of-deposit slips daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and addressing their financial needs.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services.
- Monitor for and report any suspicious activity or potential fraud.
- Keep the lobby and teller areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist the branch manager with daily operations and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; some college or banking experience is preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to balance a drawer to the penny.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must successfully pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with computers and banking software (e.g., FIS, Tellerware).
