Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures for autonomous agents and drones.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency environments and resource-constrained edge devices.
- Collaborate with product leads to integrate safety protocols and ethical AI guidelines into core systems.
- Analyze massive datasets to improve predictive accuracy and system reliability in dynamic environments.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced ML techniques.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, specifically focusing on future-proofing our codebase against 2026+ standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, software engineering, or robotics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
