- Lead the integration of generative AI tools into the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring ethical AI usage
- Create immersive virtual recruitment experiences using metaverse and VR technologies
- Architect talent mobility frameworks for cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Analyze global talent market trends to inform proactive recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in AI/ML recruitment or technical hiring
- Expertise in AI recruitment tools (HireVue, Pymetrics, Eightfold AI) and talent analytics platforms
- Proven experience building recruitment strategies for future-focused technical roles
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI hiring practices preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in talent visualization
- Experience managing global recruitment programs across multiple time zones
