- Pioneer Next-Gen AI Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents into core business workflows.
- Optimize Performance: Apply advanced optimization techniques to reduce inference latency and maximize computational efficiency.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Develop and enforce governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are fair, unbiased, and compliant with global regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for the company's evolution through 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep AI Expertise: 8+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems, with specific expertise in Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python, Rust, and C++. Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), specifically in designing serverless and containerized (Kubernetes) AI workloads.
- System Design: Proven ability to design scalable microservices architectures and manage complex data pipelines.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt infrastructure accordingly.
