Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant neural network systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Integrate emerging technologies, including quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing, into existing ML pipelines.
- Establish technical standards for AI safety, ethics, and transparency.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and research.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into deployable solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in high-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong desire to pioneer in this niche.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, transformers, and generative AI models.
