Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML architecture with 3+ in leadership

- Strong background in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., Google's Responsible AI)
- Experience with MLOps platforms (Kubeflow, MLflow)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems
