Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy for 2026, aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities across the organization.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on our business.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing and new products.
- Present AI strategy and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in AI research and development, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing AI strategies in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading AI initiatives from conception to implementation.
