Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and lead the execution of the enterprise-wide AI and Machine Learning strategy, setting clear milestones for the upcoming years.
- Drive Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Autonomous Agents, Neural Networks) and determine their strategic fit for the organization.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish a robust AI governance framework to ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant deployment of AI systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate technical capabilities into high-impact business solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML strategy, or technical product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to define long-term technology roadmaps and drive organizational change.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI architectures, NLP, Computer Vision, and cloud-native machine learning platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PhD preferred).
