- Drive industry partnerships with quantum computing and neuromorphic research institutions

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or future technology journals
- Experience leading teams of 50+ technical professionals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
