Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in quantum machine learning or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to 10M+ user bases
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing stacks
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Active contributor to IEEE AI ethics standards
