- Partner with policymakers to shape legislation for emerging technologies
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and neurotech innovators
- Present future-tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/quantum strategy with 5+ years at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 100+ members
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience
- Deep familiarity with 2026 tech stack: quantum ML, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Keynote speaker at top-tier tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, CES)
