- Direct cross-functional teams of AI researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Establish KPIs for AI ROI, risk mitigation, and competitive differentiation
- Forge strategic partnerships with AI research institutions and technology providers
- Present AI vision and progress to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI leadership with proven 2020s-era transformation experience
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Deep understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and quantum computing synergies
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions
- Strategic business acumen with measurable P&L impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in AI strategy or ethics journals
