Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published 50+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems serving 10M+ users
- Expertise in federated learning and explainable AI methodologies
- Security clearance for federal AI projects preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
