Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Lead the architecture design for scalable machine learning systems and large language models.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Robotics integration) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI deployment initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or data science leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
