Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create and maintain a strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends and technologies that will drive business value in the coming years.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead complex AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Technical Architecture: Collaborate with CTOs and Lead Engineers to design scalable, secure, and efficient AI infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development efforts, experimenting with novel algorithms and LLM architectures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all AI strategies adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and emerging global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI models (e.g., Transformers, GPT).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and strategic plans.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
