Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term technical strategy for AI, specifically focusing on breakthroughs expected by the year 2026.
- Architect High-Level Solutions: Design scalable, robust, and secure AI systems that align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or strategic technology consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing technology roadmaps for future years (e.g., 2026 planning horizons).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
