Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-ready AI/ML architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum-inspired algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead ethical AI framework implementation ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with legacy systems
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms (neuromorphic computing, federated learning)
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced ML deployment strategies
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/ML or equivalent industry experience with 10+ years in AI architecture
- Proven expertise in deploying transformer models at scale (BERT, GPT-4+, Llama 3)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Strong background in MLOps and cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Track record of leading AI initiatives generating $10M+ revenue impact
