Responsibilities
- Architect and train cutting-edge Foundation Models using proprietary data pipelines.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-world deployment.
- Conduct rigorous research to validate novel algorithms and publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate complex AI models into scalable production environments.
- Identify and mitigate potential biases and safety risks in generative AI outputs.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in research, with a strong publication record in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of working with Transformer architectures and LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.).
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
